These little bite sized pieces of heaven are all you need to get you through a bad day!
They are also known as brigadiero, a Brazilian dessert. Traditionally, these are coated with chocolate sprinkles but we can also coat them with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, melted chocolate, or even finely chopped nuts. You can make any variation of these truffles and they'll still taste absolutely amazing. I coated mine with powdered sugar and cocoa powder. I also added some additional cocoa powder in the truffles but that is totally optional. I am not a huge of fan of dark chocolate, so I added milk chocolate instead. You can make yours with either three of the chocolates.

I have a confession to make. These are my go-to PMS dessert. I make them 2-3 days in advance and eat them while balancing a hot water bag and a bowl full of truffles on my belly watching endless hours of Netflix.
Also just in case you are bored of rolling them, just grab your spoon, imagine it's a cake and call it a day. ;)
Alright, let's get started!
For this recipe, you will need :

2. In a non-stick pan, add butter and melt.

3. Add your condensed milk.
4. On low flame, add cocoa powder and mix. (optional)

5. Once the cocoa powder is well mixed, turn the flame to medium.
6. Now add your chopped chocolate and melt.

7. Stir continuously and cook until it gets thick.

8. Cook until if you separate, it won't come back together.

9. Transfer to a greased plate, cover and let it rest at room temperature for 3-4 hours or refrigerate for one hour. It must get solid and rollable.

10. Once done, roll it into the desirable size.

Now coat with cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
